Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns on most products. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us by email niscarill.@outlook.com or on our website  by using the form opposite at NisCarill.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Refunds: Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective products or in the event that your order is unable to be fulfilled. If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Products and Availability

We source our products from AliExpress suppliers via DSers. While we strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, availability may change due to the nature of dropshipping. Product images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email, and you can choose to cancel your order or receive an alternative product.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: When you place an order through our Site, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods. Prices are in GBP and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order could already be in the processing stage.
